Beta Greases

A range of competitively priced, medium quality greases. Not to the same quality level as the Delta greases but often satisfactory where temperature and loading factors are not critical. Principally recommended for plain, slow moving bearings and other non-critical applications.

Beta 59-1 A soft No.1 consistency chassis and plain bearing grease suitable for automatic greasing equipment.

Beta 65-2 The medium consistency grease in this range also suitable for chassis and plain bearing lubrication where a heavier No.2 consistency is preferred to the above. Suitable for application through most automatic greasing equipment.

Beta 79-3 A stiffer version of Beta 65-2 and not suitable for dispensing through automatic greasing equipment.

Beta WPG-4 The stiffest grease of the range and widely used for vehicle water pumps.

Delta Greases

All delta greases are lithium based. Good resistance to water and temperature stability make Delta greases suitable for a wide range of applications. Will operate continuously at temperatures of up to 120°C. A versatile, multi- use range of greases.

Delta MP1 A soft but not fluid grease to No.1 consistency. Suitable for small needle bearings and other fine tolerance applications. Good seals are essential to avoid leakage.
Readily pumpable through automatic greasing equipment and dispensers.

Delta MP2 A multi-functional grease meeting most industrial plant and automotive requirements including ball and roller bearings and electric motor bearing lubrication. A true multi-use grease for most applications. Readily pumpable through most automatic greasing equipment and dispensers.

Delta MP3 A stiffer version of Delta MP2 above. Recommended where grease seepage is a problem with lighter greases. A multi- functional grease where a stiffer grade is required.

Delta AW2 A lithium based No.2 consistency grease similar to Delta MP2 but with improved load carrying characteristics. Suitable for applications such as hub bearings offering resistance of centrifugal 'throw off' found with greases based on lighter oils.

Delta R2 A smooth lithium base grease possessing extreme pressure properties. Recommended for high pressure greasing equipment where its pumpability ensures easy flow through pipes associated with automatic systems. Also suitable for all automotive grease applications.

Delta GM0 A fluid grease with good lubricating and adhesive properties. Suitable for enclosed gearboxes and heavy plain bearings fed through long reaches of small bore pipe. A self-collapsing grease suitable for automatic greasing systems. A No. 0 consistency.

Delta GB0 A fluid grease as Delta GM0 but recommended where a standard No.0 consistency lithium grease is required with out extra adhesive and load carrying properties.

Delta 000 EP A very fluid grease recommended and approved by Interlube and Lincoln for their automatic lubrication
systems. Free flowing even in cold temperatures and containing extreme pressure additives.

Delta 00 EP A 00 grease used where a slightly stiffer grade than 000 EP is required.

Delta LT1 A No.1 consistency grease with low pour point oil, pump able down to -40°C. Suitable for low temperature, lightly loaded applications.

Deltaplex EP Grease

Deltaplex EP2 A dark red No.2 consistency grease having outstanding performance and stability under a wide range of operating conditions. Manufactured with a special complex thickener which generates good water tolerance and excellent high temperature performance. Meets the requirements of the Leyland Bus Specification GX grease.

Millerplex Greases

Good water resistance, a slightly higher melting point than Lithium greases and low oil bleed characteristics are the main features of the Millerplex calcium complex range. Often recommended for ball and roller bearings where water, steam and temperature are key factors.

Millerplex No.1 A Light No.1 consistency grease suitable for automatic greasing systems with long runs of small bore pipes.

Millerplex No.2 A multi-use medium No.2 consistency grease recommended for ball and roller bearings especially where hostile environmental conditions occur as described above.

Alphaplex Greases

A range of sodium complex greases recommended for anti-friction and plain bearing applications where speeds and temperatures are higher than normal. Good resistance to oxidation, water and steam.

Alphaplex 670 HS A No.1 consistency grease providing outstanding results on high speed applications.

Alphaplex 866 HT A No.2 consistency grease used where high temperatures of up to 180°C are found.

Millergrease range

Greases with extraordinary resistance to water. Ideally suited to underwater, wet or sea-going environments. Their extreme adhesive properties make them unsuitable for use in antifriction bearings such as ball and roller bearings and should not be used for these
applications.

Millergrease D180 and D180 SW water Specially designed to lubricate plain bearings, open gear, wire rope and all sliding surface applications
resistant greases where water wash-off action is a problem with conventional greases. Highly resistant to mechanical shearing action and oscillation. Ideal underwater greases or for plain surface applications exposed to adverse wet weather conditions which will remove more conventional greases. The smooth consistency of D180 makes it easy to apply either by automatic greasing equipment or manually. The D180 SW is a softer consistency version of D180.

Speciality range

454 Gear Grease Recommended for filled for life gearboxes. A fluid synthetic based product to give long life. Its fluidity will resist channelling whilst possessing good oxidation and temperature resistance.

571 Rubber Grease Non-harmful to natural rubber unlike more conventional mineral based greases. A typical application is natural rubber 'O' rings as fitted to vehicle air brake cylinders.

379 Food Grease A white non-harmful grease for use in the food industry for lightly loaded applications.

949 Food Grease A No.2 consistency grease more suitable for engineering applications in the food industry than 379 Food Grease.

44S Silicone Grease A No.2 consistency silicone grease recommended for light to moderately loaded bearings where a silicone
grease is the preferred grade.

Millersil No.2 An opaque white silicone based grease particularly suitable as a gas valve sealant.Further checks should be made for use in critical applications.

Miltone 'A' The non-melting properties of the bentone base will assist in reducing bleed and drip of oil under consistent working temperature of up to 300°F.
