COMPUTER SOFTWARE: PROGRAMS AND DATABASES

Tony Brown began to sell his computer databases of soccer statistics in 1992. Many satisfied customers can testify to the accuracy and completeness of the databases. The databases are used under licence by media companies worldwide.

SOCCER DATA

If you want "raw" data files of all English and Scottish League and Cup results in dBASE, ASCII or spreadsheet format, then please consult the SoccerData catalogue. These files are ideal for the betting enthusiasts who want to try out their own algorithms! The product range includes the best selling "Pools Pack"; ten complete seasons of data for just £20.

THE ULTIMATE DATABASE

Work is underway to build a unique database of every Football League line-up since 1888. Some 35,000 different players have played in over 160,000 matches, which means 320,000 line-ups of course. 400,000 goal scorers will be included in the database.
